Behavioral Therapy for Children
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
When you’re exploring therapy for your child, it’s normal to have questions, hopes, and a little uncertainty. We’re here to meet you right where you are.
We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children, with a focus on early intervention, whole-child development, and family-centered care. Our approach is compassionate, playful, and evidence-based, designed to build on your child’s strengths while supporting meaningful skills that show up in everyday life.
We don’t see therapy as something that happens in isolation. We see it as part of an integrated care journey, where children, caregivers, and clinicians work together to support growth, confidence, and participation at home, school, and in the community.
What Is Behavioral Therapy?
Behavioral therapy, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is a well-researched approach that helps children learn new skills and navigate their world with greater confidence.
At its core, ABA is about understanding how learning happens and using that understanding to support skills like:
Communication and language
Social connection and play
Daily routines in self-care
Emotional regulation and flexibility
We use positive, encouraging strategies that focus on what motivates your child and how they already learn best. Instead of asking children to fit into a rigid mold, we adapt the environment and teaching methods to support their unique needs and interests.
Most importantly, ABA isn’t just about sessions – it’s about helping skills carry over into real life. The goal is progress you can see during mealtime, playtime, school routines, and family moments.

Our Approach to ABA
We believe early childhood is a powerful window for growth. That’s why we specialize in early intervention and provide care that’s intentionally designed for young learners.
Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
ESDM is an evidence-based, play-based early intervention approach for young children. It blends developmental strategies with Behavioral Therapy to support communication, social engagement, and learning through everyday interactions. We meet children where they are and build skills through relationships, routines, and play that feel meaningful and fun.
Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
PRT is a naturalistic approach rooted in Behavioral Therapy that targets key “pivotal” skills like motivation, self-initiation, and responsiveness. By focusing on these core areas, children can make gains that positively influence communication, play, and social participation in everyday life.
When you work with us, you can expect:
- Individualized care plans that build on your child’s abilities, interests, and goals
- Focus on celebrating each child’s unique strengths, preferences, and ways of interacting with the world
- Play-based, engaging sessions that feel natural and enjoyable
- Family collaboration, so caregivers feel informed, supported, and empowered
- Integrated care solutions, coordinating with other pediatric therapy services when appropriate
- Clear communication, so you always know what we’re working on and why it matters
We’re honest about challenges, thoughtful about pacing, and optimistic about growth – without making promises that no therapy can guarantee. Progress may look like stronger communication, increased participation, or growing confidence in daily routines.
Who is ABA For?
Our ABA services are designed for children who may benefit from extra support as they grow and learn. ABA may be a good fit for children who:

We also support caregivers who:
- Want guidance on how to support learning at home
- Are navigating a new diagnosis or recommendation for therapy
- Are looking for an early intervention partner they can trust
If you’re unsure whether ABA is right for your child, that’s okay. Many families start with questions and we welcome them.

My child is transitioning splendidly. Her teachers are curious about her and how she best regulates and is holding space for her transition beautifully and providing opportunities for engagement in class activities.
