We provide a interdisciplinary approach to pediatric therapy services including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), and Physical Therapy (PT) tailored to each child’s individual needs. We also offer Feeding Therapy and Aquatic Therapy. Our team collaborates across disciplines to support growth, behavior, communication, motor skills, and daily living skills.

Getting Started
Parents typically begin with an initial consultation with our office coordinator where we discuss your concerns, understand your child’s developmental history, and determine next steps for assessment or family consultation.
Yes. Assessments help us tailor interventions to your child’s unique strengths and challenges. After an initial phone or in-person consultation, we’ll recommend any necessary evaluations or therapy plans.

Therapy Details
Therapy sessions are child-led and play-based, especially for younger children. Sessions focus on individualized goals and may involve activities designed to build communication, motor, sensory, social, and behavioral skills.
We monitor progress through ongoing assessments, data tracking, and collaboration with families. Regular communication helps ensure therapy goals remain aligned with your child’s growth. Our providers do progress notes every month and reassessments every 6 months.
Yes. We engage families through collaboration and training so that strategies can be reinforced at home and in daily routines. Parent involvement may look different for each client depending on individual programming and needs but is really critical to the therapeutic process.
Insurance, Costs & Logistics
Yes. We do accept insurance. Insurance coverage varies by provider and plan. See the insurances we accept here . Or, contact us or your insurance carrier to verify coverage for ABA, OT, Speech, and PT services.
No. We do not currently accept Medicaid but are happy to recommend other providers in the area who do. Call our office for support.
Yes. Payment plans are available. We can discuss available payment options during your initial consultation. Some families use insurance, private pay, or grant funding through state and private programs depending on eligibility.
Your Child’s Experience
Every child is different. Progress depends on consistency, therapy intensity, goals set, and the child’s needs. We will outline expectations during your initial assessment.
Our therapists strive to create a comfortable, engaging environment. If challenges arise, we’ll work with you to adapt approaches that better suit your child’s preferences and comfort level.
We support children with sensory or behavioral challenges through a collaborative, team-based approach. Our Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and ABA teams Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) work together to understand how each child learns, communicates, behaves, and processes information. From there, we develop individualized strategies that help children regulate, engage, and participate more fully and confidently in daily life.
Communication & Collaboration
Families receive regular updates through in-person therapy sessions, parent meetings, progress reports, and daily or weekly communication depending on the service plan. We encourage open dialogue and regular communication with caregivers.
Yes. We can work with schools, physicians, and other specialists to support continuity of care and skill generalization across environments.
Practical Questions
We have multiple clinic locations in the Kansas City, Missouri area, with hours usually 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday. Later evening appointments are available upon request but are limited. Specific addresses and hours are listed on our locations page here .
