We believe in connection, collaboration, and individualized care that honors each child’s unique strengths.

Our interdisciplinary team includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Teachers, Recreational Therapists, and Registered Behavior Technicians, working together to support development through evidence-based, child-centered services.

Our History

In the middle of 2020, when the world slowed down, Kaitlin and Brandon decided to build something that would support families during some of their most difficult times. Out of that shared dream, Children With Opportunity (CWO) was born – a place where therapy isn’t fragmented, where children with complex needs are welcomed and supported by a team that truly cares. As children they had exposure to the difficulties families face finding and receiving support for a child with special needs and these experiences have become the light which guides CWO. Together, they lead with their shared vision to support clients, families, and communities with a fully integrated and child-centered care model.

What started as a small clinic serving local Missouri families has grown into a thriving community built on hope, warmth, and opportunity. For Kaitlin and Brandon, CWO is more than convenient services – it’s the embodiment of their vision to change the lives of those families who share the same difficulties their family experienced when they were children.
