Kaitlin Doyle

Kaitlin’s passion for pediatric care was inspired early on by her grandparents’ dedication and advocacy for their child with a complex diagnosis and her mother’s work as an occupational therapy assistant. She began her career as a paraprofessional in the school district and went on to earn a Master of Occupational Therapy and an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University.

Throughout her career, Kaitlin has worked in interdisciplinary pediatric care and built technology platforms to better support families navigating complex care journeys. Recognizing the lack of coordinated, comprehensive services in Missouri, she envisioned a place where children could receive occupational, physical, speech, and behavioral therapy all under one roof. A place where parents feel empowered and every child’s unique qualities would be celebrated and supported. That vision became Children With Opportunity (CWO).

Today, Kaitlin remains the heart and soul of CWO, infusing empathy, energy, and unwavering hope into every interaction. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to create opportunity and positive change for children and families, just as her own family once needed—and courageously fought for.
