Hrithika Bhugvandeen (Tika)

I graduated from college in May 2025 with a B.A Psychological Science and B.A History, and throughout my senior year, my path was not totally clear to me. Amidst the chaos and uncertainty, I found CWO and made the decision to become an RBT. I am so grateful that I did! Seeing our clients grow, develop, and learn new skills is so inspiring and knowing that we are able to be even a small part of their journey is something really special. I am also so thankful for our team- from BCBAs and RBTs to clinicians and admin, we have created such a warm, energizing environment that allows us all to thrive and show up for our clients and each other every single day. I love my CWO family!
