Erin Griesbauer

I grew up in the Kansas City area and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2023. My interest in Physical Therapy began at a young age after being exposed to the profession through playing softball. These experiences sparked my passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping others return to activities they love.

During my clinical rotations, I completed two pediatric placements, where I discovered my passion for working with children and supporting families across a wide range of needs. After graduation, I learned about Children With Opportunity and was drawn to its collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care. I value being part of a team that emphasizes communication and individualized treatment to best support each child’s development.

I am inspired daily by the resilience and determination of the children and families I work with. Celebrating progress—both big and small—is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. Clinically, I enjoy a diverse caseload that further develops my own skills while helping support and grow the skills of the physical therapists I work alongside.
