I was drawn to CWO because I saw what a difference each therapist was making in the lives of each kiddo and their families—and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else. The kids inspire me every single day with their resilience, growth, and personalities. I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside such an amazing interdisciplinary team that collaborates, supports one another, and always puts the kiddos first.

Just as impactful are the parents, who work so hard with us and are deeply invested in helping their children reach their goals. Being part of this journey, watching progress happen, and celebrating every win—big or small—is what makes me love what I do.
