Emily Bigham

I joined CWO in 2024 while pursuing my Master’s degree in Counseling. I was initially drawn to CWO because supporting children on the autism spectrum has been a deeply personal part of my life since childhood. Since starting as an RBT and growing into the Clinic Director role, my passion for working with children and supporting families has only continued to grow.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is watching our clients grow and seeing the meaningful impact our services have on their families. I am constantly inspired by our therapists and the compassion and dedication they bring to each client every day. Most of all, I am grateful for the families who trust us with their children. Being part of their journey is something I truly value and never take for granted.
