Brooke Mullendore
Clinic Director
I chose OT because I’ve always had a passion for helping others become as independent as possible in their daily lives, with a strong focus on pediatrics. That passion started in elementary school when I supported peers with different abilities in the classroom and at lunch, and continued as I became an in-home care aide for an individual with Cerebral Palsy.
Through undergrad, working in pediatric clinics and schools as a paraeducator and OT tech only deepened my love for the field. I also discovered a passion for leadership during undergrad as President of the Pre-OT Club and through SOTA fundraising, and I earned a minor in Leadership Studies. This is what led me to continue in a leadership role as a Clinic Director, where I enjoy supporting and developing staff while helping the clinic run smoothly.
What I love about CWO is the team environment and the chance to make a meaningful difference every day, and I’m inspired by the progress of our kids, the dedication of our staff, and the trust and growth we see from families along the way.
