Brandon Fletcher

Brandon has always been a tireless builder where hard work, failure, and creation are sources of inspiration. The son of an entrepreneur and an Occupational Therapy Assistant would eventually lead to the creation and growth of CWO. Brandon pursued a career in physical therapy, earning his degree from Rockhurst University and simultaneously completing his MBA to better understand how to build something sustainable in a complex healthcare environment.

Years of clinical and management experience including time in an interdisciplinary rehab clinic provided the fuel that would power the decision to create something new and disruptive. All it took was a simple conversation at a routine family event for Kaitlin and Brandon to agree that it was time to build something together. His shared experiences with Kaitlin in entrepreneurship, early intervention, and interdisciplinary care ignited the shared vision to bring hope, warmth, and opportunity to everyone CWO touches.

Today, Brandon leads with both heart and strategy bringing an intense desire to add value in everything he does.
