Anna Brynac

I was drawn to pediatric therapy through early experiences supporting family members with communication and developmental needs. Learning to connect in different and meaningful ways helped shape my understanding that development looks different for every child. Seeing my own family navigate developmental concerns, access services, and advocate for support also inspired me to work alongside parents and caregivers throughout their journey.

Today, as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Director of Clinical Programs at CWO, I have the opportunity to collaborate with incredible clinicians and leaders to create meaningful, lasting change. I’m passionate about continued learning, mentorship, and building systems that expand access to quality therapy and developmental education for children and families. A core part of my work is supporting clinicians in their professional growth, creating opportunities for ongoing learning, skill development, and reflective practice. I’m grateful that this role allows me to continue pursuing the same purpose that first drew me to pediatric therapy, while also empowering clinicians to grow and thrive in their careers.
