Bailey Simmons
Lead BCBA
I became a BCBA because I’m passionate about understanding the science behind why people do what they do and using that knowledge to create meaningful change. I love working with children and families to build skills that improve quality of life while honoring each child as a whole individual. I love ABA at CWO because through an interdisciplinary approach, we focus on strengthening existing abilities, supporting self-advocacy, and helping children gain the tools they need to thrive in ways that are true to who they are. I appreciate that our work focuses on enhancing each child’s strengths, honoring their individuality, and creating meaningful, functional change that extends beyond therapy sessions and into everyday life.
