Kate Kennison

I became interested in physical therapy while exploring careers involving human movement. When I learned that I could pair human movement with my passion for working with children, I was sold. I love this field because the services we provide are addressing many skills that are universal to the human experience–I love being able to connect with and relate to families in such a personal way, regardless of our different stories.

As a Clinical Director, I also enjoy getting to work with other providers and leaders at CWO! I am honored to be part of the professional growth of our clinicians, and to see their impact as our organization continues to grow.

One of my favorite parts about working at CWO is our families. Parenthood can feel isolating at times–especially when navigating the medical world. I love learning about our kiddos’ strengths, partnering with families in our treatment, and ensuring each caregiver feels empowered as a member of their child’s therapy team.
