Kirstin Radcliffe

I chose occupational therapy after seeing a loved one participate in OT services. Hearing her parents speak so highly of the experience, and witnessing firsthand the incredible difference it made in their daily lives, sparked my passion to help other families navigate their own developmental journeys. I chose CWO because I wanted to give back to the children within my own community. My favorite part of the job is collaborating with an incredible team of clinicians, which ensures we can provide every child with well-rounded, holistic care. I am inspired by the small triumphs that lead to big changes. Watching a child master a new skill, regain confidence, and smile through challenges reminds me every day of the lasting impact we can make when we work together as a team.
